There were both positives and negatives to our stay in this condo. The location was wonderful and the court yard with the large hot tub was quite delightful, a great place for families to gather and connect in the evenings.
While the condo is nicely furnished, the TV does not have cable and the DVD player did not work. The condo was also listed under the one bedroom listings in Winter Park and is actually a studio. While these may seem insignificant to some, a family with small children would do better to look somewhere else for lodging.

Thank you for reviewing the Founder's Pointe studio. We clearly mark the unit as a studio on the website but we've also split them into their own page now so it's extra clear.
We wish we would have heard from you during your stay about the cable and DVD player - we would have been right up to fix! Thank you for letting us know, however, we have now fixed for next guests.
We'd love to have you back to one of our one bedroom or two bedroom Winter Park Resort condos at Founder's, Fraser Crossing, or even Zephyr Mountain Lodge.
